“Sairat” Kannada remake “Manasu Mallige” comes front of the audience as a treat on Ugadi

The Marathi film “Sairat” was one of the biggest blockbuster of 2016 and it’s Kannada remake “Manasu Mallige” comes front of the audience as a treat on Ugadi. The film has much to talk about the caste system and most controversial concept of honor killing Which is still active in remote parts of India. Director S. Narayan said, “It is a fresh movie, with good acting and very good music. Audience will get to experience in depth of love with this film, which also show what happens when one falls in love fearing their parents.”

“Manasu Mallige” produced by Rockline Venkatesh and Akash Chawla, starring in the lead Nishant and Rinku Rajguru who reprise her role from the original and apart from the language.The movie has been shot only in Karnataka. The songs and background score for the film are composed by Ajay-Atul,who had scored for the original Marathi film.
