What Could Unleash Preity Zinta’s ‘Kali Avatar’? Her Fierce Response Might Surprise You

Preity Zinta recently had a candid chat with her fans, during which she revealed what could trigger her ‘Kali avatar.’ Read on to find out more.

Preity Zinta is undoubtedly one of Bollywood’s most beloved actresses, known for her friendly and interactive nature with fans. However, despite her cheerful demeanor, the actress recently revealed that approaching her children for pictures could trigger her “Kali avatar.”

On Tuesday (May 13), during an AMA session on her X (formerly Twitter) account, a fan asked Preity one thing that her followers don’t know about her. In response, she shared, “I hate taking pictures in temples, early in the morning after a flight, in bathrooms, and during security checks!”

She further added, “Asking me for a photo is the best way to get a picture—unless you’re asking in the situations I mentioned! Taking pictures of my kids will definitely bring out my Kali avatar; otherwise, I’m a happy person. Don’t start making videos without my permission—it’s actually very irritating. Just ask me politely and, please, leave my kids alone.”

Preity Zinta has been happily married to LA-based financial analyst Gene Goodenough since 2016. The couple became proud parents to twins, Jai and Gia, a boy and a girl, whom they welcomed in 2021 through surrogacy.

During the AMA session, another fan asked the Lahore 1947 actress about her stunning looks, even as she ages. Zinta, getting candid, responded, “I don’t know about that, but how I look and my age seems to be a hot topic every day! I think my brains are better than my face, if you ask me, but chalo, koi na… I’ll take the compliment.”

She further added, “Somehow, men are never asked how good they look at their age every day—only their achievements are celebrated. But when it comes to me (or women, for that matter), the conversation never goes past age and looks, and sadly, achievements are rarely mentioned! Sending you lots of love because your intent was good!”

On the work front, Preity is currently busy with the ongoing IPL season, where she owns the Punjab Kings team. She is also set to make her return to the silver screen with Lahore 1947 alongside Sunny Deol.
