Chicken Manpasinda
Ingredients: (Serve for 6)
Chicken- 1kg
Onions- 4 sliced
Ginger paste- 2 tablespoons
Garlic paste- 2 tablespoons
Tomato sauce- 1-2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon- 1 stick
Dry red chillies-2-3
Turmeric powder-2-3 tablespoons
Chilli powder-2-3 tablespoons
Cumin powder- 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder- 2-3 teaspoons
Salt- to taste
Sugar- 1/2 teaspoon
Honey- 1-2 tablespoon
Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Refined oil or ghee- 4-5 tablespoons

For Garnishing
Green chilli- 1 slit
Onion- ring sliced
Honey-few drops

Wash chicken pieces thoroughly under running water. Marinate with salt,turmeric powder, chilli powder, vinegar, ginger-garlic paste. Heat oil in a kadai and put cumin seeds,whole garam masala,dry red chillies.Add a little sugar and turmeric powder to enhance the colour.Add onion slices, ginger-garlic paste and fry it till golden brown. Add dry spices saute till 10 minutes. Then add marinated chicken pieces in a kadai and stir it for 15 minutes.Add little water,again stir it till oil separates from kadai. Add tomato sauce and mix it well.Give water according to the quantity of gravy.Give salt and honey according to taste.Cook under a low flame till half an hour. Put garam masala powder and ghee for flavour.Garnish with slit green chilli,onion slices and glaze with honey drops. Serve with plain rice. Enjoy the delicious meal..
